Decision time for the powder room again. Here it is in it's current state. The room will get crown molding, but we need to decide on a wall molding treatment. We have a couple of options:
Board and Batten?

I'm currently leaning towards chair rail. Our powder room is tiny and I'm afraid a detailed wall treatment will compete with the other decorative elements in the room. Any other suggestions not seen here?
