Garden in the backyard also can become running away area, moment to escape from day to day work. Garden backyard makes our privacy increasing, not like front garden. You can unify backyard garden with kitchen, so id there is a party, guest can take food I the kitchen, then walk to garden to enjoy both of garden and food.

For example, below is picture of backyard garden:

That garden above, garden backyard decorate with small pool made from natural stones. The pool not too deep, and decorating with water spraying. And there is path, seem like float on pool. Pool positioned higher than land surface. Overflow water patches water canals that surrounding the pool.

Because there is space limitation, choose small plants. In this example garden, yellow clump plants (Neomarica Sp.) and Japanese grass. At corner of garden, Yang Liu plants planted. Yang Liu plants perfect for small garden because the physic feel light and waving. And finally, for pool resident, there is water plants.

Here are a few of the residential plumbing fixtures that anyone can check.

We all know how important our plumbing is to our daily lives. Throughout history, from the early Greeks and Romans and continuing until today, man has become ever reliant on our plumbing pipes and fixtures. So why is it that we ignore the care of our plumbing systems until it is too late? Don't get me wrong, as a licensed plumbing contractor, I do enjoy the calls, but if homeowners would take the time to do a little preventive maintenance, they could save time, money, and frustration.

Here are a few of the residential plumbing fixtures that anyone can check. It is understandable that Plumbing can appear to be daunting to someone not familiar with the trade. If you feel more comfortable, you can also get a professional plumber to do the inspection and maintenance. The thing you shouldn't do is ignore the maintenance.

1. Check all of your toilets for leaks and smooth operation.
2. Check your faucets are for leaks.
3. Take a look at all of the piping under your kitchen and bathroom sinks, checking for any sign of potential water damage.
4. Inspect your exposed water lines for signs of damage.
5. Examine your drains checking for leaks and clogs.
6. Thoroughly check and test your washing machine hoses and valves.
7. Inspect your water heater for leaks and signs of corrosion.
8. Finally, check the anode rod and flush the tank to ensure a longer life for your water heater.

In order to minimize the chances of a major plumbing emergency, a homeowner should adhere to a comprehensive annual maintenance plan. That small sign of water damage near your sink may turn into a major repair to remove mold when left untreated. So, what are you waiting for? Go start inspecting those pipes and fixtures.

Saving water equals saving money

If you are the housekeeper and budgeter of the family, there are some thing minor plumber's techniques that you can use to save cash both on monthly utility bills and on perspective repair bills, and you should begin with knowing where to locate not only your home's main shut-off valve but also individual appliance shut-off valves. Your main valve is usually located with you water meter in or near your yard, while each plumbing fixture has its own valve near the fixture itself. When you are leaving on vacation or perhaps if you own a second home that you frequent only on holidays and weekends, consider shutting the water off at the main valve. This will deter neighbors and neighborhood workers from helping themselves to your water hose in your absence.

Individual valves can be used when an individual appliance needs work letting water serve the rest of the home while the appliance is being services. Knowing how to shut off the water to an individual appliance will save you money in the instance that water is being lost as a result of that appliance. You could also face flooding and costly damage to walls, floors, and belongings if you cannot immediately find a shut off valve in an emergency.

Be your home's prevention plumber periodically checking for leaks and other instances that may be chugging your water. A dripping faucet wastes a terrible amount of water and money, and it can usually be repaired with a washer replacement, and some professionals may even suggest preventative annual replacement of rubber washers-better to spend a few bucks preventing plumbing leaks than to lose major cash because of leaky faucet that took you a few weeks to notice.

After each flush of the toilet, the tank must be refilled, and most all of us have experienced a toilet that will not quit running. A running toilet can be caused by a variety of problems with the float arm, float ball, tank stopper, or an inlet valve---all easy things to DIY especially now that you know where the shut off valves are. You can also install a device on your toilets that lets you choose how much water to use per flush. The option for liquid waster uses less water while choosing the second option is reserved for solid waste disposal.

An old fashion way to save water per flush is to place an empty container in the toilet tank back thus saving that particular volume of water with each flush. Learning just these few things about simple plumbing will not only save you money on your monthly water bill, but it will inevitably teach you a few tricks of the trade which could save you on costly house calls.

Common Plumbing Complaints

Pipe noise haunts a lot many houses in today's world. The phrase used to define this unkindly noise is "water hammer," and it has a huge variety of causes, sometimes it may be due to pump failure or just a sudden valve closure. The blinding speeds at which valves are closed off can create water pressure strong enough to vibrate loudly in water pipe lines. Water hammer can create a hell of havoc on your pipes as well as your ears. When you encounter water hammer, you are supposed to sort it out the proper away. Hammer arrestors are a simple solution or valves that close at a slower pace also gets the job done. Another plumbing problem that is faced by a large population is dirty water. If you see brown or other discolored water, it is simply because your pipes have rusted. The obvious solution is you should let professionals change out the pipe. Bursting pipe is a major plumbing emergency. You could encounter this experience of pipe bursts mostly during winters, when the water in your pipes freezes, expands and eventually causes your pipe to burst.

Clogging drains are almost inevitable. To clear these monstrous clogs you have a choice of using the clean-out valves your selves or get a cleaner to do so, and remove any blockages such grease or hair. It is always preferred that clean out valves are their in your drainage lines as hey create an ease in dealing with common house hold clogging. Plumbers also use a few standardized tools in order to facilitate removal clogging; such as plungers, various types of augers such as plumber's snakes and toilet augers, and sewer tapes. Clogged sinks are almost a common sight as well. It's your drainage pipe that is either rusted or may also even be obstructed by various wastes, and requires your dire attention to be cleaned as soon as possible.

Normally it usually doesn't have any connection with any kind of plumbing problems as often as your bathroom does, your kitchen haves its own unique fair share of plumbing problems to bother you. Pipe leaks, sink stoppages, unacceptably offensive drain stench, and low water pressure are all problems that can occur in the precious kitchen, on which you are dependent more then you could imagine. They share similar solutions to the plumbing problems that take place in the bathroom. Garbage disposal problems are also very common. If you turn on your sink taps and you get a reduced water flow then rotting pipes (either cold water pipes, hot water pipes, or both) could be your problem, or some other parts of plumbing are likely to blame for all the discomfort you might be facing, so repair or may be replacement could become necessary. Your sink taps also may have limited water flow, or lower water pressure compared to the other fixtures in your house or may its just not what you expected then it may also be due to rusty pipes or it could be mistakes in sink installation.
